Currently, due to low water levels, public boat ramps are closed. Access to the boat dock involves navigating over 60 stairs, making it unsuitable for small children or individuals with limited mobility.
While a variety of life jackets are available, guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party, including children, have properly fitting life jackets.
The slips beneath the house are not accessible for guest boats as they are tailored for specific boats that remain there year-round.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a booking and are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours, along with providing ID for verification.
We are Pet Friendly. We allow up to two dogs only with a pet fee. No other pets allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone in the property.

Due to insurance requirements and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. The primary renter must upload a valid ID and be staying at the property. Any violations of these terms are subject to removal without a refund.
The rental agreement must also be signed within 48 hours of booking.

We are a family owned business and have purchased three vacation rental properties over the past 6 years. We chose each house as a place where our family can make memories for generations to come! Each of our homes is unique in character and offers amazing views. We love homes that have that " They just don't make them like this anymore" vibe. We live in Central Texas and have two daughters and 3 dogs! We love spending time as a family and appreciate all this beautiful country has to offer. Our family motto is "Take the road less traveled for that is where the treasure is found". We truly pride ourselves on creating an environment where families can create memories they will never forget. From the vast open beautiful Hill Country in Texas to our home away from home in The Smoky Mountains, we cherish the resources that have been entrusted to us.
